Skin is In!!

Well, it always has been, but as I’ve gotten older, my skin has become even more important to me. Fighting aging, blemishes and everything in between, it’s important to know how to focus on loving your skin! As a young girl, I never really experienced major skin issues other than the occasional blemish, pimple or so that all teens get, so I won’t pretend to understand the acne battle but I know what it can do to a person! Being that our skin is one of the first things that people see when they meet us, we want it to be fabulous! With all of the issues that our skin can face on a normal day, it takes more than just a splash of water and soap!
Now, I’ve said it time and time again, genetics play a MAJOR part in your skin. So when you go and ask one of your followers to “drop the skincare routine” and they tell you it’s just “coconut oil and water”, RUN. A routine for one, may not be perfect for another so it’s vital that we know what type of skin we have, our triggers, what works for us and what doesn’t.
Being that there are so many more elements to skincare than many assume, I want to share with you all my 10-step Korean Skincare Routine, complete with the items I’m using! I do not have perfect, glowing skin, but have worked to train my skin over time and NOTHING has made such changes as doing this routine consistently. When it comes to skincare, you have to make it a habit just like anything else. In the past, I saw minor changes but nothing serious because my routine was not consistent.
After doing this routine consistently for just a WEEK showed changes for me!
So sit back, relax and enjoy a journey through skincare!
I scream this from the rooftops every time I post about skincare, and nothing has changed: I am NOT a skincare professional and do not claim to be. I am not trained in skincare, but am simply a fan of learning more about skincare and am happy to share what I’m learning! As always, please use the patch test to try out new products prior to applying to your face.
